Take complete control of your kitchen!
Pantry inventory is easy with this system. Know how much of each item you have in stock and determine the amount you would like to have. Shopping lists are automatically generated for you. This will work great for everyone, including preppers and long-term food storage advocates.
Keep a database of all your meals and individual food items. Every time you add a new item, you'll need to input the nutritional information because this is an important part of your meal planning if you wish to track the data. Or, you can skip this if it doesn't apply to you! The meals are filtered in a variety of ways such as "assembled meals", "individual foods", "takeout", and "WW 5 points or less". You can add other filters as needed.
The meal planning calendar lets you plan out meals for the month. This database pulls information from your meals section. When planning your days, you can check the nutritional information under the "points and macos" tab if you previously input the information in the meals section. This comes in so handy if you are tracking Weight Watchers points, calories, or macros. You can also keep health notes for food-related issues. This is filtered for you under the "health notes" tab.
Please note that this is a Notion template. When purchased, you will get a link to the template and will need to duplicate it into your personal Notion account.
